New Sub-Committees

As described in the minutes of the general meeting of 25th October 2003 it was agreed to set up four sub-committees in order to take the Trust forward.

These committees will be organised by Trust board members but in order to undertake their work successfully it is vital for members and other supporters or interested parties to come forward and make a contribution. (more…)

The Trust promoted itself to a crowd of over 3,000 at the opening game of Rovers first season back in the First Division by sponsoring the match ball, which was presented to the Trust members after the game by Ryan Blackadder. (more…)

AGM 2003 Report

A successful annual general meeting was held in the Raith Suite at Stark’s Park on Thursday 29th May 2003.

Members who attended heard a presentation from Ken Foster (Cassandra Research) on the Fans Survey carried out by the Trust during the season. Lots of facts and figures were presented which led to a number of questions and some discussion on the facts raised and the way forward. (more…)

Fans Survey Well Received

The Raith Trust Fans Survey was well received by the Rovers support at the Cowdenbeath game on 8th March 2003.

Four hundred questionnaires were handed out in both the South and Main stands in record time and the number of completed surveys returned on the day more than exceeded the expectations of the Trust Board. (more…)

Business Plan Comes Together

The Trust business plan working group has been meeting regularly over the last few months and with the valuable input of skilled individuals who have offered their assistance, a draft business plan for Raith Rovers Football club has been devised.

This draft business plan will be reviewed on a regular basis to update the information within it and to assess its viability given the ever-changing situation both at the club and in Scottish football generally.

If you feel you have skills to offer the Trust with any of its plans please let us know.

Trust Membership Hits 100

Membership of the Raith Trust climbed above 100 at the official launch on 27th November.

The meeting in the Parkway Hotel was very well attended by Rovers fans celebrating the 8th anniversary of the Coca-Cola Cup win and wanting to find out more about the Trust aims. (more…)

Trust Helps Promotion Push

The Supporters’ Trust has made another significant effort to help Raith Rovers.

After a democratic vote of all members it was agreed to purchase a further 5,000 shares and to contribute to the club for the remainder of this season. (more…)

Raith Suite Open To Members

In a joint venture with the The Supporters Club and The 200 Club, Raith Trust members now have full use of The Raith Suite before and after games on match day.

  • Simply enter the ground by the main stand turnstiles
  • If you intend to transfer to the South Stand before the game state this to the turnstile operator and he will issue you with a transfer voucher
  • To gain admission to the Raith Suite show your Trust membership card
  • Guests can be admitted upon payment of a £1 temporary membership fee at the door

We are sure that you will agree this is a valuable addition to the benefits of being a Trust member and that your use of this facility will also assist the club.
