“Unthinkable” is on sale now!

Unthinkable

As you may already know Raith Supporters Trust Board member Steven Lawther has written a book about our famous League Cup victory in 1994. “Unthinkable” tells the story of how the club went from playing in front of a few hundred people at the bottom of the old Second Division to the Premier Division and beating Celtic to lift the Coca Cola Cup.

It is packed full of stories and memories from former players and managers and even has a contribution from the Celtic captain Paul McStay whose penalty was saved by Rovers’ ‘keeper Scott Thomson. It also includes a foreword from crime writer Val McDermid. The book has been getting excellent reviews on Fantalk, where it has been described as a ‘must have’ for every Rovers’ fan.

It is priced £14.99 with all proceeds donated to the Trust to invest in the club. The book is available in Kirkcaldy Waterstones and from Amazon but if you can then please buy direct from Steven as the club will receive more money that way. He will be selling “Unthinkable” at every home game from the Trust table in the South Stand or you can contact him direct on steven@redcircle.org.uk to arrange delivery.
