\nIt was agreed that they were a record of the previous board meeting on 28 May 2012.

Matters Arising<\/strong>
\nPolicy Papers
\n– AR to phone members who have ticked the relevant skills box in joining form – Ongoing
\n– Papers to be circulated to board members for comment.
\nAction: JP to circulate papers<\/p>\n

Lottery \u2013 website now has trust logo – Completed<\/li>\n

Treasurers Report<\/strong>
\nGC gave an overview of the current bank balances. Share certificate in New Raith Rovers is with Dave Wann.
\nAction: JP to call to arrange handover.<\/p>\n

Accounts will be ready to circulate to the Board in next couple of months.
\nAction: GC to circulate when ready.<\/p>\n

Membership Update<\/strong>
\nMembership letter is ready to go. Awaiting confirmation that PO Box is back in use.
\nAction: JM to notify when PO Box is in use.<\/p>\n

Currently 216 members, 106 are using Standing Orders.<\/p>\n

Raith Trust Communication Update<\/strong>
\nNewsletter is ready to print and distribute at Hamilton match.
\nPut out a Press Release in regard to the Sell Out Saturday idea \u2013 encourage fans to come along to the match.
\nAction: SL\/AR to publish Press Release.<\/p>\n

Events<\/strong>
\nStramash Beer festival\u00a0 made a profit but need to consider how to improve it to make better return on time and effort.
\nLook at having two events per year.
\nAction: AR to post to Supporters Direct list to ask for ideas.<\/p>\n

Trust Away Day\/AGM<\/strong>
\nAway Day: Saturday 8 October possibly at Aberdour around 11am.
\nAction: JP to confirm date, time and place.<\/p>\n

AGM \u2013 provisionally 29 November.
\nAction: AR to check venue\u00a0 (Raith Suite?) and possibility of holding a quiz night.<\/p>\n

Rally Round the Rovers<\/strong>
\nAction: JM to check details of Hall of Fame dinner.<\/p>\n

Fans Forum<\/strong>
\nContinued topic had been the refurbishment of the Raith Suite and its effect on the 200 Club & Supporters Club.

\nA new Head of SD Scotland has been appointed
\nScottish Conference is due to tak eplace in Falkirk on Sunday 19 August [Note: this was cancelled]
