Trust member Carol Smith is preparing for another fundraising triathlon in Barcelona. Read on for details of her progress and how to sponsor her!

\nThe past three Octobers I have taken part in the Garmin Triathlon here in Barcelona to raise funds and support for Raith Supporters Trust.
\nIn 2012 I completed a super sprint (400m swim, 10km bike and 2.5km run), in 2013\/14 I upped the distance to sprint (750m swim, 20km bike and 5km). This year I am going to up that distance again and do the Olympic event, 1500m swim, 40km bike and 10km run. But that is not all…<\/p>\n
TRI-ing for the Rovers is going to do a TRI of sporting events over 10 weeks. In total we hope to complete 79,250m, I will even think about running an 750m at the end to make it an even 80,000! <\/p>\n Of course I can’t do any of this without the support of all of you guys (and a very patient family). Thanks for the likes, the comments and of course the sponsorship. <\/p>\n
\n1.\tOn May 9th<\/a> I will slip into the wetsuit and complete 2000m open water swim along the beach front of Barcelona.
\n2.\tOn June 21st<\/a> the main event takes place, The Garmin Triathlon.
\n3.\tTo top it off on July 19th<\/a> I will complete a sprint distance Triathlon, again along the beach front of Barcelona. <\/p>\n
