Matters Arising<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No matters arising outside agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Club Update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Andy Mill gave a general briefing on RRFC matters and reinforced how important the fans Crowdfunding efforts are to the stability of the club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trust Board encourage the club to look at cost of youth season ticket for the upcoming season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Treasurers Report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No report this month \u2013 GC to update when possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Loan Notes \u2013 Draft letter to Loan Note Holders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AGM to be organised once member database functional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • AR, JP & GC to write to Loan Note holders.<\/li>
  • JP to organise AGM after next meeting.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Note: In December 2013 the Trust Board agreed to maintain a balance of \u00a310,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Membership Update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Membership data to be uploaded to Member Mojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Everyone to be encouraged to sign up to Direct Debit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Send welcome email to existing members to encourage them to update their details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • AR to arrange handover of membership information to CF and populate new database.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
