Steve Wallace (SW)<br>Apologies: Graeme Condie (GC), Colin Flinn (CF)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minutes of previous meeting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Verbal report of last meeting on 17 March 2020 \u2013 Agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matters Arising<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No matters arising outside agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Club Finances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep lines of communication open to club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be guided by the club as to when any financial contributions or support if best used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treasurers Report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No report this month \u2013 GC to update when possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Loan Notes \u2013 Write to Loan Note Holders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AGM to be organised once member database functional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>AR, JP &amp; GC to write to Loan Note holders.<\/li><li>JP to organise AGM after next meeting.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: In December 2013 the Trust Board agreed to maintain a balance of \u00a310,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership Update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Member handover to be completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members to be transferred to new database<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Discussion of recruitment of new members at next meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Action:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>AR at arrange handover of membership information to CF and populate new database.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communication Update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No response from club on survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encourage club to look at Youth Ticket prices when they are considering next season ticket offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Action:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>AR to contact Andy Mill on Youth Season Ticket Prices<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Events<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All other events cancelled for now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forum<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Discussion had taken place on the RRFC finances and implications of the lockdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matchday<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Discussion of improving the area at next meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Need to include new people running Roary Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Discuss ideas at next meeting.<\/li><li>SL to contact Roary Club organisers for input.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Date of next meeting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuesday 2 June 2020 &#8211;
