Andy Simpson (AS)<br>Apologies: Steve Wallace (SW)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minutes of previous meeting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Verbal report of last meeting on 7 December 2019 \u2013 Agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matters Arising<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No matters arising outside agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Club Finances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Get clarity on club finances and future requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offer support and help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treasurers Report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>GC provided an update on Trust funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>AR, JP &amp; GC to write to Loan Note holders.<\/li><li>JP to organise AGM once there\u2019s clarity on lockdown.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: In December 2013 the Trust Board agreed to maintain a balance of \u00a310,000.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership Update &amp; Strategy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Member handover to be completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members to be transferred to new database<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreed that the Trust will concentrate on supporting the club and consider a new membership drive when the situation is clearer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Action:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>AR to arrange handover of membership information to CF.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communication Update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No response from club on survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Action:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wait and address this at next meeting.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Events<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Player of the Year event taking place online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sponsorship of the event agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forum\/Supporters-Director<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No meeting had taken place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Discussion of Supporters-Director term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Action:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>JP to check term of Supporter-Director and confirm three-year term with Raith Forum &amp;
