Stadium upgrading is continuing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>AR to write to club to clarify outstanding questions submitted to Q&amp;A \u2013 carried over.<\/li><li>AR to pull together examples of fan\/community ownership at clubs in Scotland and abroad.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treasurers Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GC provided an update on Trust funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likely to be around \u00a32k lower income for the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Committed to around \u00a31,500 spend this year (Roary Club &amp; Artwork).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Close unused bank account (previously used for donations).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Loan Notes \u2013 Letter drafted \u2013 send to initial group of Loan Note Holders who are members then follow up with address checking for others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trust Accounts signed off for AGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AGM to take place on Tuesday 24 November online with Stadium Manager Scott Boyd joining after for a Q&amp;A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>GC to close account.<\/li><li>JP to send initial letter to Loan Note Holders \u2013 follow up with AR, JP &amp; GC to write to Loan Note holders.<\/li><li>AR to draft Google form for AGM entry.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: In December 2013 the Trust Board agreed to maintain a balance of \u00a310,000.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership Update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No change in membership during the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CF requires bank access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreed to wait for return of fan to the stadium to do a membership drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Discuss recruitment drive at next meeting.<\/li><li>GC to check on bank access for CF.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communication Update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask for members views on the return to the stadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>SL to draft news update to go with AGM notice.<\/li><li>Discuss getting assistance with Social Media \u2013 carried over.<\/li><li>AR to put notice of Loan Notes on website &amp; facebook page.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No events planned until Covid-19 regulations are substantially amended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forum<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No meeting to report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matchday<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a3250 for two artworks\/murals in South Stand \u2013 agreed to go ahead &#8211; likely to be 13th January 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Agree date to paint concourse walls<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AOCB<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Supporters Direct Scotland to be held online on Sunday 22 November at noon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>AR to report back<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Date of next meeting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuesday 1 st December 2020 &#8211;
