Apologies were received from 8 members and proxies supplied by 8 members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was therefore quorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welcome &amp; Introductions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Trust Chairman, Alan Russell (AR), opened the meeting and welcomed the members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minutes of Previous AGM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No amendments were made to the previous minutes and they were AGREED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Review of Past Year<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The review highlighted that the Trust:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paid for hot water in the South Stand, and,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have continued positive dialogue with the club despite the loss of the supporter-director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview of the Previous Years&#8217; Accounts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to Graeme Condie for 20 years of service on the board and has since stood down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks also to the CFO of Supporters Direct and Tom at the Well Society for the Independent Examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expenses focused on young fans with payments for south stand shot, selection boxes and match day certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accounts for 22\/23, 23\/24 and 24\/25 were AGREED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proposal for Independent Examination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposal to conduct an Independent Examination of the accounts was AGREED by members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nominations to the Board<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All directors were nominated and re-appointed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Model Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Motion to adopt new model rules was AGREED.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Venue: McMillan Suite, Starks Park An AGM was held to review three sets of accounts (2022\/23, 2023\/24 and 2024\/25).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":22,"featured_media":3032,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[15],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3018","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-minutes-agms"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3018","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/22"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=3018"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3018\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3173,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3018\/revisions\/3173"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/media\/3032"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=3018"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=3018"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=3018"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
