Allan Butchart joined the meeting as an observer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Induction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>JP gave a short introduction to the trust:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Community Benefit Society registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in 2002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The year end is 30 June and an Annual Return is filed by the end of January with the FCA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounts can be reviewed by an Independent Examination (lay audit)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JP to email copy of Model Rules (constitution)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treasurers Update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AR to put Allan in touch with previous Treasurer Graeme Condie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Approximately 152 full members<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Discuss recruitment drive at next meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Club update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Buyout is complete.
