Chris MacFarlane joined the meeting as an observer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treasurers Update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AR to put CM in touch with previous Treasurer Graeme Condie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The financial year 22-23 ended on 30 June<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CF to get access to bank account<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Approximately 152 full members<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recruitment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aiming to do a recruitment drive at home match on 12 September.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Need to put a plan together to get key messages out, use all communication channels and give people a reason to join.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideas for the day include stickers for Trust members, leaflets, QR code for easy joining, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CF to work with CS, SW &amp; possibly contact Greig Porter to get his ideas from last year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Club &amp; Raith Forum update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Forum met the previous evening with Andrew Barrowman from the club in attendance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Update given on works within Stark\u2019s Park and their own ideas about future development<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buyout deal isn\u2019t clear but new board are in place and Stark\u2019s Park is being modernised<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supporter Director (SD) Role:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No intention from new board to invite the elected SD onto the board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyout has meant there\u2019s less legal force to have the SD appointed to the club board but should be on the New Raith Rovers Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibility of a new management board to sit below the club board and this may include the SD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Need to communicate this changed role to members\/supporters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Need to provide SD with appropriate support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Model Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Carry action forward for AR &amp; JP to discuss adoption of new Rules at next AGM<br>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communications, Events &amp; Matchday<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AR to speak with Jim McIntosh regarding area to sell 50\/50 tickets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matchday rota to be agreed \u2013 CF to work on this<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Events \u2013 AR to contact SW<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AOCB<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Investment Offer \u2013 Discussion held in Private<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next Meeting \u2013 proposed in person \u2013 August or early September \u2013 JP to arrange<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Attendance: Colin Flinn, Paul Gilfillan, Chris MacFarlane, James Proctor, Alan Russell, Carol Smith.
