CF<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recruitment was discussed at the in-person session on 9th March 2024 and is part of the Away Day report<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Club Update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SLO Role should be announced soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supporter-Director role \u2013 no further clarity from club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roary Club \u2013 No further clarity from club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raith Forum update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No Forum meeting had taken place since last board meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CS working with Dot Wilson on International Women\u2019s Day event \u2013 club are supportive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rovers Down South \u2013 AGREED at \u00a350 contribution to their event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Model Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AR &amp; JP are mapping comparison of rule changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Action: Bring recommendation of new Rules to next Board Meeting then at next AGM for approval (AR &amp; JP)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Away Day<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The day was a valuable opportunity to meet and discuss longer term issues and start a conversation about the next phase of the Trust\u2019s development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some thoughts were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish the history and success of the Trust to demonstrate value and credibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compare the situation to other relevant Trusts in Scotland to build understanding of the opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get to a clear understanding of what the unique selling point of the Trust is<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage friends and family to join<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Need to define purpose and agree how to simply communicate that<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Action: Send ideas and thoughts to SW for collation and report back<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communications, Events &amp; Matchday<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Action: Ensure a presence at final home games \u2013 AR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AOCB<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>None<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Next Meeting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Board Meeting &#8211;
