Dot Wilson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apologies: Paul Gilfillan &amp; Steve Wallace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Andy Millar from the Killie Trust joined to discuss the progress of their Trust:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Used Go Cardless \u2013 charge \u00a310\/year membership \u2013 currently between 1,100 and 1,400 members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Used contact points around the ground to sign up members \u2013 better to have a focussed day \u2013 used social media blitz to raise awareness \u2013 most signed up before in the fortnight before sign-up day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trust also run Killie Futures Fund in parallel \u2013 pays for fan-focussed ground improvements \u2013 voted on only by Trust members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Used credit card size card with QR code for sign-up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fundraising events keep the profile up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Numbers increased through campaigns over the years \u2013 focus on supporter experience or facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 board members \u2013 sub-committees with volunteers \u2013 retired chair brings a lot of energy to this<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have new member meet-ups and regular member meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use various social media to raise profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Andy left the meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minutes of previous meeting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matters Arising<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>None<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treasurers Update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Balance of account approximately \u00a331,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2023\/24 Annual Accounts have been sent out for all to read<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Independent Examination (IE) \u2013 Killie Trust have agreed to exchange accounts for IE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Action: Organise AGM for late November \u2013 JP<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bank intend to start charging for services \u2013 approx. \u00a350\/year<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Action: Check other providers for cost comparison &#8211; CM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Approximately 187 members- 172 full and 15 U-16<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Added some members after podcast and archived members exercise<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An issue with linked members is being resolved?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Club Update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AR discussing various options for support with Andy Barrowman<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hot water cost around \u00a38k<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mural \u2013 need to meet with Paco (artist) \u2013 possible vinyl wrap option too<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soft footballs for Roary club AGREED<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selection boxes for Roary Club or all kids AGREED subject to costs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Action: Get costs for Men\u2019s Mental Health support \u2013 DW<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raith Forum update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No meeting since last Trust meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Model Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Action: Model Rules summary to be sent to board members \u2013 AR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mission &amp;
