<\/br> Minutes were agreed as a fair record of the previous meeting<\/p>\n <\/br> Update given on finances. JP to chase Chris MacFarlane for a proper handover to GC.<\/p>\n <\/br> 474 – 108 founders, 315 new adult, 51 junior. JP reported the death of Alan Fernie (RIP), thus the total has decreased.<\/p>\n <\/br> Community Group – Update from meeting held 06\/06\/06 given. Next meeting Thurs 29\/06\/06 – ONGOING<\/p>\n Raith Forum – election to the RRFC Board. Nominations deadline is Thurs 29\/06\/06. Up until very recently, none have been received – ONGOING<\/p>\n Raith Forum meeting held on 01\/06\/06. Update given and a \u00a330k fund raising target has been agreed for season 06\/07 – ONGOING<\/p>\n Informal discussion took place regarding bringing the numbers up and\/or expanding the Trust Board members. AR is the new chair and TP the vice chair. GC is the new treasurer and TC is the new membership secretary. Congratulations to both. Mike Melville and Blair White may join at a future date.<\/p>\n <\/br> With the end of our financial year occurring in June, it is hoped that the next AGM will be back on track and be held sometime in September \/ October 2006.<\/p>\n <\/br> Annual renewal of Supporters Direct membership was proposed by AR, seconded by GH and passed unanimously – COMPLETED.<\/p>\n Rock the Rovers – sponsorship for a band in the event due Sun 27\/08\/06 was agreed.
