This would be resolved by the rule changes before the members.<\/li>\n<li>The AGM to pass the 07\/08 accounts was scheduled for May 2009.<\/li>\n<li>Tom Phillips had been elected to serve as the supporters&#8217; representative on the various boards of Raith Rovers FC and holding companies.<\/li>\n<li>Meetings had been held to allow fans to learn more about the ownership structure.<\/li>\n<li>A commitment had been made to the club to raise funds which would be earmarked for the Youth Development Initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Treasurer&#8217;s Report<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accounts for the 06\/07 year were discussed.<\/li>\n<li>Accounts were agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Membership Report<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current membership was around 200 in total.<\/li>\n<li>It was proposed that membership would run to coincide with the football season in order to make better use of time and resources available.<\/li>\n<li>This will start from the 2009\/10 season.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Motions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Motion to reduce the amount of elected board members was passed.<\/li>\n<li>Motion to allow choice of Independent Examination was passed.<\/li>\n<li>Motion to have an Independent Examination for 07\/08 was passed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Election of Trust Board<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No further nominations to the board were received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>AOCB<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A wide ranging discussion of the relationship between Stark&#8217;s Park Properties and the Football Club took place.<\/li>\n<li>This included a discussion of the press story in the Fife Free Press as well as the short and longer term responses of the Raith Trust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Meeting Closed at 9.13pm<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Venue: Raith Suite, Starks Park, Kirkcaldy Attendance: 23<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":3032,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[15],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-644","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-minutes-agms"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/644","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=644"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/644\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3043,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/644\/revisions\/3043"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/media\/3032"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=644"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=644"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.raithtrust.org.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=644"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
