better quote had been obtained &#8211; look at again in conjunction with membership.<\/p>\n<p>Youth Development &#8211; following meeting with John Drysdale it was decided that further information would be sought in order to put a robust proposal forward at the Trust AGM.<\/p>\n<p>Review of RRISS Working Groups:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Land Petition &#8211; George Howie to contact Jim Macnamara to see whether he has raised the concerns with the club and whether any answers are forthcoming; Mike Melville to be contacted regarding timing of local plan consultation<\/li>\n<li>Consultation &#8211; plan for the event to be taken forward with Mike Melville<\/li>\n<li>Shareholding &#8211; further meeting has taken place and wider group established<\/li>\n<li>Stadium &#8211; some crossover with shares group regarding fundraising<\/li>\n<li>Business Plan &#8211; to be updated with info from club accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\nProposal to Change Membership Fees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discussion over how Junior members would be served<\/li>\n<li>Corporate members section may need reviewed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PROPOSAL: That the review document should be accepted by the board in principle and that this recommendation should be taken forward at the AGM in June\/July.<\/p>\n<p>VOTE: In favour &#8211; 6, Abstaining &#8211; 1<\/p>\n<p>Proposal Carried<\/p>\n<p>Refinement of proposal required along with shorter, clearer explanation.<\/p>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\nAuditors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Appointment required as matter of urgency.<\/li>\n<li>Neil Langtree has passed on contact name to ask for quotation and timescale.<\/li>\n<li>[Note: Since the meeting Saffery Champness (last year&#8217;s auditor) have been in touch indicating their willingness to do the job &#8211; Chris McFarlane will establish situation and report back]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\nClub AGM Report:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shareholders agreed to issue 150,000 \u00a31 shares in the holding company<\/li>\n<li>Also agreed that creditors could receive shares in lieu of debt<\/li>\n<li>Amendment was passed to protect all existing shareholders rights until July 1 2004, thereafter shares would be &#8220;sold&#8221;
