\nMinutes of the Meeting on 28 June 2010<\/strong><\/p>\n

The minutes were approved.<\/p>\n

Matters Arising<\/strong><\/p>\n

Action points:<\/p>\n

  • Supporter-Director nomination proposal to be put to other fans groups. JP – Ongoing.<\/li>\n
  • Provide names of local celebrities\u2019 and ex-Rovers players who might want to join the Trust to raise awareness amongst Rovers fans. TC to contact Ally Gourlay, SL to contact Ian Rankin and TP to contact Val McDermid and Tom Brown. Ongoing.<\/li>\n
  • Freepost Box \u2013 GC has arranged this. Closed.<\/li>\n
  • TC will try to contact John Alexander again. JP to provide TC with email address. Ongoing.<\/li>\n
  • JP – to complete the Away Day report and email to board. Ongoing.<\/li>\n
  • Further reading of share transactions from RRFC AGM is required. Ongoing.<\/li>\n

    Treasurers Report<\/strong><\/p>\n

    GC provided a financial update describing funds as healthy. Some affiliate fees are coming in. GC sent BW an update to help with membership renewals. Accounts close to being ready for Independent Examination ready for AGM later in year.<\/p>\n

    Membership Update<\/strong><\/p>\n

    BW was unable to attend but membership renewals are in the process of being sent to all members. <\/p>\n

    Raith Trust Communication Issues<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Trust table has been confiscated by new Safety Officer! \u2013 AR to recover<\/p>\n

    SL provided quote of \u00a31,000 for updating branding and providing display materials. SL to get second quote for comparison. SL to get quotation.<\/p>\n

    Fans session \u2013 report to be put onto Trust Website. SL\/AR<\/p>\n

    Sponsorship \u2013 Agreed player sponsorship (Wedderburn) Team Sheet and Ad Board. JM to arrange.<\/p>\n

    Next Leaflet campaign \u2013 First league home game Partick Thistle 7 August 2010. ALL to help distribute. SL\/AR to promote on website\/fantalk.<\/p>\n

    AOCB<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Meeting with John Sim provisionally arranged for the evening of 12 August.<\/p>\n

    Trust to attend and assist with RRFC Open Day on Sunday 8 August.<\/p>\n

    \u201cRovers Greats\u201d book to be reduced to \u00a35 and promoted through the website. All sales are now profitable. AR<\/p>\n

    With no further business the meeting closed at 8:45pm.<\/p>\n
