Membership update
473 – 108 founders, 315 new adult, 50 junior (no change)
Matters arising
Review of meetings – Confirmed that “Reclaim the Rovers” meetings have now ended and the “Raith Forum” has taken its place.
Community Group – A one page plan of action has been supplied to the board and the group now await a response from the club board – (TP) ONGOING.
Supporters Direct Conference – Sunday 28 May at Craiglockhart Campus of Napier University in Edinburgh. More info at next board meeting.
Geordie Munrovers sponsorship – offer was made and now awaiting their confirmation of how much it will cost and what could be given in return – ONGOING (TP)
Trust Board
AGM – Date is Thursday 27 April 2006 within the Raith Suite at the cost of £20 which will be waived depending upon bar takings – ONGOING
Trust accounts and election – Nominations will be taken prior to AGM, if no election required names will be announced at AGM. If election required the AGM will be used for questioning the candidates. Confirmation of whether accounts will be ready should happen this week. – ACTION (JP) & (CM) – ONGOING
