Approximately 170 members

Letters sent to ‘archived’/lapsed members – some responses asked what the Trust is doing now.

Club Update

Discussions with club about potential financial support

Action: Check on Roary Club contribution options – Dot/Steve

Action: Check on costs for hot water and mural – AR

Raith Forum update

Disabled facilities – club open to future investment but no immediate plans – Complete

Supporter Director role – club agreed the role should be redefined to reflect current non-board role – Complete

Dot Wilson invited to this meeting as agreed – Complete

Model Rules

Action: Bring recommendation of new Rules to next Board Meeting then at next AGM for approval – carried forward – JP

Away Day

Action: SW to re-circulate mission and purpose details – SW

Trust Area tidy-up – AR got club permission to tidy area outside of match day.

Need someone to take a lead on communications – Paul and Carol suggested tsking this forward
