Dot Wilson introduced herself and made connections with the Forum

Forum likely to be broadly passive on ownership so up to individual groups to decide to work together

Bill Clark discussing investing/ownership with various parties

Action: Get clear understanding of RRFC finances and related party transactions – where does the power and debt sit – what is a reasonable price for the club/debt

Action: request meeting with Sim about ownership

Independent Examination – Resolution put forward as per Rules

Society Rules – AOCB – highlight move to upgraded Rules in next year
