Club accounts/financial understanding

  • Sub group to explore stadium/club financial position – start with public information then see what else can be gathered

John Sim meeting – Bill Gilby meeting on 8th June

  • AR to report back before deciding next course of action

Dot Wilson not registered and Companies House yet but Susan Simpson also not registered

  • AR to contact club chairman and Dot to confirm directorship
  • AR to check with Andy Mill re voting position of Supporter-Director

Finance

Donations and Loan Note bank accounts have been closed to avoid them going dormant.

Currently around £21,700 in funds

Membership

Plan recruitment drive for early season. Need to sort messaging before sending renewals.

Opportunity to invest in season tickets for kids to help with cost-of-living crisis
