  • No significant outcome from the meeting. AR to keep in touch with BG.

AR to contact club chairman and Dot to confirm directorship

  • Supporter-director still not confirmed as a Director, invited as “guest”, and not been included on Directors WhatsApp group.
  • Club were informed of out-of-date Director details.

AR to check with Andy Mill re voting position of Supporter-Director

  • Confirmed at AM had a vote on the signing of Goodwillie – suggests he was therefore a Director.
