Move to use Stripe was complete allowing all income to be held in the main bank account and discontinue use of PayPal

CF & GP to discuss recruitment drive – cancel for now

Club update

Club stadium/ financial position sub group – AR reported that the group continue to look at the club’s general financial position and the costs of maintaining the stadium

AGM notices had been issued for Wed 12 April

Motions to increase share capital in RRFC Ltd and fold RRFC (Holdings) Ltd

Trust were asked to convert existing loan funds to shares – Agreed

Club have confirmed that share ownership will be properly registered as per share certificates that had been issued to the Trust but not recorded by the club

Noted that bids to buy the club were variously reported as ended and continuing

Scheduled for Wednesday 29 March and held online

Notifications had been sent and proxies and attendees are being recorded

JP & AR to discuss adopting New Model Rules – Carried forward to next AGM

JP to contact Loan Note holders to remind them of end of scheme after AGM – Carried forward to after AGM
