Update given on finances
Membership update
Currently at 222 – 108 Founders, 92 New Adult, 22 Junior
Matters Arising
Meeting with Mr. Hutton and Mr. Caira had gone relatively well.
Need to arrange meeting with Mr. McGowan
Community Ownership Loan Fund:
- Meeting with Co-op bank arranged. (Note: £2,000 minimum loan amount but no cost to the trust to buy into the scheme. Leaflets ordered for future publicity)
- Cobbetts tackling legal work
Communication Committee:
- Members letter to be issued ASAP
- Good contact made with local press
- Press Launch to be held before Clyde game with Public Launch to follow
- Local councillors/politicians to be invited
- Ex-players approached to publicly back campaign (Ally Gourlay)
- Blueprint to be completed and circulated
Business Plan:
- Collas to circulate plan to board members
- Tidy up plan in order to circulate around interested trust volunteers
- List of business contacts to be passed on early Feb
Other:
- Approach Gibson, Spiers regarding professional advisors
