The organisers of the “Reclaim the Rovers” campaign, which aims to bring Raith Rovers FC back into local community ownership, have announced an initial fundraising target of £100,000 and revealed that they’re already on their way to achieving it.
The Raith Trust, who publicly launched the “Reclaim the Rovers” campaign last week are encouraging fans to do their bit for the campaign by organising their own fundraising events and getting the whole community involved in supporting the campaign to bring Raith Rovers back into local community ownership.
The “Reclaim the Rovers” bid will be officially launched to supporters with an open meeting on TUESDAY 15th FEBRUARY at the Parkway Hotel, 6 Abbotshall Road, Kirkcaldy with a 7.30 p.m. start. The public launch will outline the ways in which all interested parties can assist the bid, explain the...
