Raith Supporters Trust AGM, 27th November 2025

Venue: McMillan Suite, Starks Park

An AGM was held to review three sets of accounts (2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25).

Attendance

Board: James Proctor (Secretary), Alan Russell (Chair), Steve Wallace, Chris MacFarlane (Treasurer), Carol
Smith.

9 people were in attendance. Apologies were received from 8 members and proxies supplied by 8 members.

The meeting was therefore quorate.

Welcome & Introductions

Trust Chairman, Alan Russell (AR), opened the meeting and welcomed the members.

Minutes of Previous AGM

No amendments were made to the previous minutes and they were AGREED.

Review of Past Year

The review highlighted that the Trust:

  • Paid for hot water in the South Stand, and,
  • Have continued positive dialogue with the club despite the loss of the supporter-director.

Overview of the Previous Years’ Accounts

Thanks to Graeme Condie for 20 years of service on the board and has since stood down.

Thanks also to the CFO of Supporters Direct and Tom at the Well Society for the Independent Examination.

Expenses focused on young fans with payments for south stand shot, selection boxes and match day certificates.

Accounts for 22/23, 23/24 and 24/25 were AGREED.

Proposal for Independent Examination

The proposal to conduct an Independent Examination of the accounts was AGREED by members.

Nominations to the Board

All directors were nominated and re-appointed.

Model Rules

Motion to adopt new model rules was AGREED.
