Marie Penman has decided to step down from the Board. Allan Butchart joined the meeting as an observer.

Induction

JP gave a short introduction to the trust:

• A Community Benefit Society registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in 2002
• The year end is 30 June and an Annual Return is filed by the end of January with the FCA
• Accounts can be reviewed by an Independent Examination (lay audit)
• JP to email copy of Model Rules (constitution)

Club update

Buyout is complete. The terms of the deal and new ownership structure need to be clarified

Expectation is that there won’t be a Supporter-Director
