Income report from 2012/13 to 2024/25 shared – income relatively level over the period although declining slowly in recent years

Membership
163 adult membership – 184 including under-16s
CF has written to 23 previous members who have been out of membership for one year
176 archived members on the database will need to start a new membership if they return
Membership pitch and distribution of business card-style information was well received but difficult to convert to members
Card reader would cost £49 plus a 1.7% transaction fee

Raith Forum Update
Attempt to raise £80k for Railway Stand improvements – costs could be up to £100k – this would improve disabled facilities and provide future terracing through a phased development.
Discussion on bringing Raith Seniors and Raith Ultras into the Forum
Pitch – an upgrade is required at the end of the current season
