Treasurers Update

AR has put Chris in touch with previous Treasurer Graeme Condie – Complete

CF to get access to bank account – Ongoing

2022/23 Accounts progress update – Accounts complete and awaiting Independent Examination. AR to approach Supporters Direct contacts.

Balance of account approximately £28,000.

CM wanted to note Graeme Condie’s assistance during the handover.

Approximately 152 full members

Recruitment – to be discussed at the proposed in-person session on 9th March 2024.

Club Update

Confirmation statement at Companies House conformed new consortium have 50.1% of the football club and club have issued non-voting shares.

Action: Follow up on any conversion of £10k Loan (AR)

Raith Forum update

Discussion on re-appraisal of Supporter-Director role as club unwilling to accept role on board.

Supporter Liaison Officer role likely to be recruited soon.

AR & JP have discussed rule changes.
