Treasurers Update
Independent Examination in progress – hopefully complete in next two weeks
Access to Bank account – DONE
Add CF to bank access and remove GC – CMc to arrange
Balance of account approximately £28,000.
Organise AGM and complete Annual Return once accounts are complete.
Membership
Approximately 140 full members – 163 including
CMc to send CF bank statement for reconciliation with members – CMc to arrange
Recruitment – to be discussed at the proposed in-person session on 9th March 2024.
Club Update
AR received share certificate for non-voting shares from club as conversion of £10k loan
Club has released in year financial figures.
Raith Forum update
SLO Role has had a positive response
Supporter-Director role still unclear – AR to contact club as SLO role likely to be filled soon
Roary Club appears to be on hold – club considering re-launch in new season – AR to contact club
CS working with Dot Wilson on International Women’s Day event – club are supportive
Model Rules
AR & JP are mapping comparison of rule changes.
Action: Bring recommendation of new Rules to next Board Meeting then at next AGM for approval (AR & JP)
Communications, Events & Matchday
Action: Discuss Comms and Events at proposed in-person meeting on 9th March 2024.
