The day was a valuable opportunity to meet and discuss longer term issues and start a conversation about the next phase of the Trust’s development.
Some thoughts were:
- Establish the history and success of the Trust to demonstrate value and credibility
- Compare the situation to other relevant Trusts in Scotland to build understanding of the opportunities
- Get to a clear understanding of what the unique selling point of the Trust is
- Encourage friends and family to join
- Need to define purpose and agree how to simply communicate that
- Action: Send ideas and thoughts to SW for collation and report back
